Return Policy

Since much of what I do is custom made, much of the sales are final. However, I do aim to work with my customers. So there is some wiggle room available. ( Esp with early cancellations, I can do a near full refund for that.)

Sale items

All sales final. However, if there’s a problem please feel free to reach out. If an item has been damaged in transit, I am not responsible.

Originals

Haoris

For Haoris labeled “Originals,1 x 1” but not “Sale” : Buyer must request refund/cancel order before item is shipped out to receive a full refund.

Paintings

For paintings marked

Buyer pays for return shipping. Minus framing cost ( if applicable.)

Commissions

Any commissions will require an upfront deposit before starting any work. And milestones or a completed balance before the item will be shipped. Client will receive updates on it’s progress.

Returns or refunds on completed commissions are not accepted.

Near full refunds can be given ONLY if the commission is cancelled early. Later cancellations will be given partial refunds according to labor/materials already completed.

Haoris ( Made to Order/Pre-Order/ Commissions)

Any made to order/custom/pre-order items are only subject to a near full refund ( minus transaction fees ) if the order is cancelled early. ( Before I order supplies, start on a project, etc.)

If I have started on an order, depending on the level of completed labor/materials purchased, I will only be able to do a partial refund.
